Where are you from? <\/strong><\/p>\n I’m Portuguese. I was born in Lisbon<\/a>, but am now living in France. I attended the National Circus School and am now working with O Ultimo Momento, which is a French-Portuguese circus company.<\/p>\n What is your role in the show?<\/strong><\/p>\n In CE QUI RESTE, I’ve helped wrote the piece as artistic director along with the others artists associated with the creation. This show is inspired by a novel written by Oliver Sacks. \nI’m a circus artist performing chinese pole.<\/p>\n
\nI completed circus school in France in 2003, so now it’s more or less 12 years that I’ve been performing my art in different shows.<\/p>\n
\nIt’s my first time in Cambodia. I’ve performed in Korea, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and the Philippines with my first show PEUT ETRE.<\/p>\n
\nI hope that I can offer to the Cambodian people a great moment of poetry and circus performance, that the audience will enjoy it and keep in mind a good memory\u00a0of a contemporary circus performance.<\/p>\n
\nI’m sure that performing at the Tini Tinou festival will be an amazing experience, full of great meetings and artistic exchanges. For us it is a great opportunity to discover another culture and I hope I will learn a lot from all those exchanges.<\/p>\n
