Phare, The Cambodian Circus offers convenient, secure online ticket purchase for public performances according to the following terms:

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

All packages and programs sold on the Phare Circus website are subject to availability and confirmed only upon completion of payment. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received. Prices that are quoted include all taxes and fees.

TICKET PURCHASE TRANSACTION

Purchases made on the Phare Circus website are subject to payment card verification and other security checks. Your transaction may not be successfully completed if it has not passed the verification processes. On occasion, an “authorization” may be successfully obtained but the funds “capture” fails, in which case the reservation will not be confirmed.

NOTE: If you booked on our website and did not receive e-mail confirmation, please contact us so that we can confirm the charge was successful and the e-mail address in your booking is correct.

YOUR VOUCHER (confirmation e-mail)

It is not necessary to print your voucher / e-mail confirmation. Upon arrival at Phare, The Cambodian Circus ticket window, let Customer Service know you booked online, give them your name.. You may show them the voucher / e-mail confirmation on your smartphone if there are any questions.

CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION

For tickets purchased on the Phare Circus website, you will be asked upon check-in to show the credit card you used to purchase your ticket. This is for cardholder security and verification.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Tickets can be changed or cancelled up to 1-day prior to the show date. No changes or refunds will be allowed for same-day cancellation or no-show.

By purchasing tickets on the Phare Circus website, you agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund conditions by disputing the charge from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets.

LATE ARRIVAL

For the safety of the artists and the comfort of other guests, no entrance is permitted once the show has started. The venue opens 2 hours prior to show time and the big top opens for seating 30 minutes prior to show time. Guests are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to show time to check-in and be comfortably seated prior to the start of the show. Late arrival will be considered as a no-show and is non-refundable. Reservations will be changed only if space is available.

Please carefully check the dates on your confirmation e-mail and to contact us immediately if these are not correct.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards must be purchased and redeemed through the Phare website. The Phare Gift Card is redeemed during the booking process on the Phare website. The value of the gift card can be applied to any item: show tickets, dinner + show, or spa + dinner + show packages. During the checkout process, enter the Phare Gift Card number on the payment page. Residual amount can be applied to future ticket purchases and is non-refundable.
